Marr bagpipes review

I received the set of pipes within a few days, each piece was carefully
wrapped to ensure that the pipes arrive in good condition.
The first impression was the outstanding finish, from the combs and beads
to the hemp retainers (always a good surprise)
I tried the pipes on a synthetic bag and a sheepskin bag. I have to say I
was really impressed by the drone sound volume, especially with the
sheepskin bag. Bright tenors and deep bass drone sound, blended very well
with my chanter.
I tried the pipes with RedWood and cane reeds. In both cases, they fitted
very well in the pipes, a real 'plug and play' feeling.
